Refund Policy for Magic Nights Publishing

Effective Date: April 30, 2024

1. General At Magic Nights Publishing, we take pride in the quality of our children's books. Our refund policy is designed to ensure satisfaction while discouraging returns that are not due to damage or errors on our part.

2. Return Conditions Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.

Please note that returns for reasons other than the above, such as a change of mind, will not be accepted.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact us at magicnightspublishing@gmail.com within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item received.
  • Provide a photo or screenshot of your receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Include your order number and the details of the issue in your communication to expedite the process.

Upon receiving your return request and determining eligibility, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. The item must be returned and physically received by us no later than 5 business days after your return request is approved.

4. Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final-sale or otherwise noted as ineligible for return cannot be returned. If a return is attempted for such items, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, and a refund will not be issued.

6. Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. We encourage you to check our policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
